Delivery 

Shipping Times

UK Customers
All items are sent 2nd Class Recorded Delivery via Royal Mail. Tracking numbers are not issued unless requested. You can expect your items in 2 days however they can take up to 5 working days to arrive. We always aim to dispatch our parcels on the same or next day if ordered before 2pm on a working day. Orders placed on Friday evening to Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday. Orders can be upgraded to 1st Class delivery on request. 


European Customers
Items shipped to Europe should take 3 - 5 working days and are sent by a tracked or signed for service via Royal Mail. Tracking numbers are not issued unless requested. 


Worldwide Customers
Items shipped to international countries outside of Europe should take 5 - 7 working days and are sent by a tracked or signed for service via Royal Mail. Tracking numbers are not issued unless requested. 

 

Missing Orders

Firstly we'll ask for you to check your local delivery office to see if it has arrived and is being held. In most cases of undelivered items the orders are returned back to SL HQ marked 'not called for'. 

If you item has been lost in the post then we'll happily send another one out to you. In accordance with Royal Mail's lost item policy Sincerely Louise will send the replacement order 10 days after it's due delivery date for UK orders, 20 days after it's due delivery date for European orders and 25 days after it's due delivery date for Worldwide orders.

 

Returns 

We accept returns for up to 14 working days after the delivery of your item. Buyers are responsible for the return postage costs and must retain a proof of postage. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
