If you're new to faux taxidermy or fancy a friendly ram's head toy then this is the kit for you! Our baby ram head kit is a super simple project that can be made by a knitter who knows a few basic techniques. It uses two balls of premium acrylic yarn and comes in a super cute hessian bag, with everything you need to make it.
It's the perfect gift for a knitter or could be made up in a few evenings by an experienced maker.
Skill Level: Easy - Intermediate
Finished Size: 30cm height x 24cm width x 23cm depth
What's included in your kit:
1 ball of russet super chunky yarn
1 ball of cream super chunky yarn
10g of black super chunky yarn
100g of polyester toy stuffing
2 x 20mm toy eyes with washers
Hand painted hessian bag
9mm straight knitting needles (optional)
A step by step pattern
You will need some scrap yarn markers, these are used to mark where the baby ram features go, you can use some of the yarn from the kit, but we'd recommend some colourful scrap from your stash.
Stitches Used: Knit, Purl, Increasing and Decreasing (Kfb, K2tog and SKP), , mattress stitch for sewing up.
