- 4mm (US 6) straight knitting needles (optional)

FINISHED SIZE: 14cm x 16cm x 1cm (5½ x 6½ x ¼in)
SKILL LEVEL: Easy - intermediate for knitters who know the basics, and can follow a pattern. There is some casting on and off at the start of the row and turning of the work, but this is included step-by-step in the knitting pattern.
STITCHES USED: Knit, Purl, increasing (kfb), decreasing (K2tog and SKP), mattress stitch for sewing up, turning of the work.
