Raccoon Knitting Kit - SHIPPING TIME 3-5 DAYS

Although not native to the UK, how could I not include city royalty, the raccoon, in my Welcome to the Urban Jungle collection? With their clever little paws, these mischievous midnight bin raiders were made for city life. Luckily, this one is more interested in your stash than your trash!

The raccoon is knitted flat on straight needles using an acrylic and cotton-blend yarn. The pattern includes colourwork to create its distinctive markings, making this a rewarding project for knitters who enjoy a little extra challenge.

Kit Contains

• Yarnsmiths Pebble Haze Aran (61% cotton, 39% acrylic) – 2 balls of grey, 1 ball of cream and 1 ball of black 
  

• 80g toy stuffing

• 2 × 12mm black eyes and washers

• 5mm (US 8) knitting needles (optional)

Skill Level: Intermediate - Advanced, including intarsia colourwork

Stitches Used: Knit, purl, increase (Kfb), decrease (SKP and K2tog), colour work on just the face of the racoon
