COVID-19 Delivery Information
Due to the current COVID-19 lockdown, we are shipping orders twice a week. Thank you for your patience and for supporting Sincerely Louise during this time.
UK standard delivery is sent by 2nd class signed for delivery, which is only tracked when a delivery attempt has been made. Usually this will take 3 - 5 working days to arrive. UK customers can upgrade to next day delivery, which will be sent by DPD courier service. If the free shipping discount code for orders over £50 is used, these will be shipped by standard 2nd class signed for delivery.
Orders which only include booklets or paper patterns are sent 1st class untracked delivery.
European orders are sent using the Royal Mail tracked and signed for service. Usually they should take 3 - 5 working days to arrive but can take up to 20 working days. There may also be delays due to changes resulting from Brexit and the UK leaving the EU.
Orders to the rest of the world are sent using the Royal Mail tracked and signed for service. Usually they should take 5 - 7 working days to arrive but can take up to 25 working days. There may also be delays due to changes resulting from Brexit and the UK leaving the EU.
