Five Quick Valentine's Knits
With Valentine's Day fast approaching I've put together my top five projects to knit for your loved one. There's a range of free and quick knitting patterns that you can make using your yarn stash, alongside easy kits and book projects. Oh, and if you're hoping there's cheesy puns that links them to Valentine's, you won't be disappointed!
1. You light up my life
Does your true love shine like the sun? Make them a sunshine using my free knitting pattern. You can knit this project in three sizes, DK, Chunky and Super Chunky.
2. I won't string you along
Need a super quick project? My heart and pompom bunting uses hardly any yarn, but it looks like you've made an effort. Find the free pattern here.
3. I love you beary much
Is your partner like a cuddly bear? Do they growl in the morning when you wake them up? Well this could be the perfect knit for them. Remind them that you love them beary much, with one of my easiest knitting kits.
4. You're my lobster
Does your lobster like popular TV comedies? Don't be shellfish and knit them a lobster using the pattern from my book, The Knitter's Activity Book.
5. Wool you be mine?
Has Valentine's Day snuck up on you and now you have no time to knit anything for your loved one? Nothing says love like a promise, so dig out the nicest ball of yarn from your stash and say you'll knit them something. If they're lucky, it'll be ready for next year.
